A collaboration between zero-waste chef Doug McMaster and Ryan Chetiyawardana, the bartender behind former World’s Best Bar Dandelyan (now Lyaness), Cub brings sustainable cooking and creative cocktails to trendy East London. A set menu of snacks, drinks and food combines dishes such as a sweet-and-sour rhubarb and beetroot tart with a cocktail of juniper and wild pine, watercress and pear. There is also the option to go boozeless, gluten-free and vegan. Yellow booths make for a sunny decor to go with the brightly coloured fare.
