Steve Groves, who won MasterChef: The Professionals in 2009, has been in charge of the kitchen at Michel Roux Jr.’s second London restaurant since 2013. Parliament Square’s cuisine is based on the same classical French technique that inspires all Roux restaurants, with a modern touch and the finest local ingredients. Full and ‘light’ tasting menu options offer dishes such as Goosnargh chicken with girolle sauce, Herdwick Lamb with polenta, red pepper and aubergine and Alphonso mango cheesecake. The restaurant has nine different private dining rooms, each with its own unique decor befitting the historic Parliament Square location.
