As an alumnus of Charlie Trotter's restaurant in Chicago, chef Cogley's eight-course tasting menus sway to the beat of the seasons, changing daily to support the best ingredients available throughout the week. To supplement the fresh, seasonal cuisine, every bottle of wine in the cellar serves a purpose thanks to the meticulous curation of lead sommelier John Haffey. The dining room has a lived-in feel that belies the gravitas of the food, and an alfresco chef’s table flanked by greenery makes for a special experience on warmer days.
