Award-winning chef Dave Beran tells the story of three seasons (the last, the current and the next) using southern Californian ingredients on his 20-course fine-dining tasting menu at Dialogue. Although it’s located within a food court, only a security code gets you into the restaurant itself. An intimate and minimal setting awaits, with just three tables and eight counter seats available for 18 diners. Each intricate course that’s beautifully plated passes the ingredient baton onto the next step: a ginger and rhubarb foam transfers into a rhubarb chip.
