Eleven Green started life as a supper club – Tano’s at 8, an intimate Spanish-themed dining experience, run by Sultan and Kinda Chatila. In 2023, the husband-and-wife duo decided to change direction, after entering and winning a Battle of the Burgers competition. And so counter service gourmet burger spot Eleven Green was born. Forget any fast-food vibes; the aesthetic of this and the other outposts has been carefully considered – think sleek green seating, polished wooden tables, cosy booths and low-key lighting. It does a multitude of freshly made patties, but the Bull Burger is the OG: wagyu beef, cheddar cheese, bull sauce, onions and beef bacon jam sandwiched between a Hokkaido milk bun. The ‘angry fries ‘are also a signature, seasoned with skin on. It also does grilled sandwiches, hot dogs and nuggets, as well as excellent milkshakes.
