Cigars command a sense of occasion and sophistication, and Robusto's delivers both wholeheartedly. A well-stocked humidor is front and centre, tended to by attentive, white-suited staff in a stylish lounge, rich with wood and industrial accents. Coffee is taken with equal seriousness – almost reason enough to visit on its own. The food, meanwhile, is equally decadent, with highlights including the steak tartare, a wagyu beef burger and the theatrical Pasta alla Ruota, finished tableside in a wheel of Grana Padano. Cocktails skew classic – Old Fashioneds, Penicillins – and occasional live music makes superb use of the space.
