Le Chique delivers avant-garde cooking at its most ambitious, allowing deconstructed Mexican classics to take centre stage. Chef Jonatán Gómez Luna – whose experience includes the legendary European kitchens of El Bulli, Noma and El Celler de Can Roca – leads a brigade of young chefs, keeping the restaurant firmly at the cutting edge of Mexican cuisine.
