Raised in Aotearoa, New Zealand, our salmon start their journey in the sacred and protected waters of Te Waikoropupū Spring. Verified as one of the clearest water sources in the world, being able to work in tune with this incredible example of nature is special to us at Ōra King. 

With over 35 years of King salmon breeding and husbandry expertise, we’ve developed a unique breed of King salmon specifically for culinary excellence, showcasing superb taste, color and texture to meet the exacting standards of top chefs around the world.
