Decorated bartender Ezra Star moved from the awarded Drink in Boston and opened the diminutive Mostly Harmless in Hong Kong. Decked out in white tiles, guest’s names and the day’s menu are written on the tiles in magic markers – just one of the many personal touches at this intimate bar. The ever-rotating menu features ingredients picked up from Star’s regular visits to local markets and farms, meaning lots of seasonal produce making up a menu of four drinks that change regularly. The team is also happy to serve you classics at this omakase-style bar, so don’t miss the Tomato Martini when you’ve worked your way through the drinks of the day.
