Deliciously down the rabbit hole

Locating this trendy spot inspired by the classic Lewis Carroll tale is in itself an adventure, as it involves following white rabbit signs, descending a narrow flight of stairs and finding a secret door at the back of a flower shop in Seoul's Gangnam district. Once inside, you'll discover a sophisticated, wood-panelled sanctum where the cocktails will transport you to a wonderland all of their own. There are no sleight-of-hand tricks to be found in the cocktail craft here, just innovative sips served with a touch of fairytale magic.

Debonair owner Terry Kim and joint head bartender Mason Park lead the bar team, which serves up suitably imaginative and seasonally varied creations inspired by Carroll's timeless masterpiece, such as Hippity Hoppity (gin, ice wine, kiwi, camellia, dill) and Did I Melt? (vodka, grappa, coffee, tomato, chicory). Fresh fruits and homemade syrups, bitters and jellies form the backbone of each drink on the current menu. If playful cocktails are not what you're after, the back bar is overflowing with top quality sipping spirits and premium local soju.
