The current menu Potions of the Garden spans crisp, daylight-inspired sips all the way to bold, complex midnight elixirs. On the lighter end, the delicate Dewdrop Whisper pairs Roku gin and elderflower in whimsical duck-footed glassware, while the sweet-savoury Pomelo's Embrace leans into all things local, combining Phraya Gold Rum with ruby pomelo and a bite of fiery Esan sausage. If you're in search of a nightcap, fear not; things can easily get broodier. Off the Duck's Back layers Palo Santo-infused gin with matcha and crispy duck skin, and the Quill's Midnight Spell is a potent tequila-mezcal potion served alongside spiced, golden street corn elote.
