It was a great month for Massimo Bottura, chef from Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. His presentations at Madrid Fusion and Identita Golose were highly successful, and his restaurant has received many excelent reviews around the world.
This week, during the Italian chef congress in Milan, he received a message from the International Academy of Gastronomy in Paris that he was the winner of the Gran Prix de l'Art de la Cuisine.
