While the Troisgrosname has long been synonymous with outstanding and innovative cuisine in his native France, it is credit to the chef that the family moniker is now just as well-respected in Braziland beyond.
Chef Troisgros took us to his local market in Rioto show us the produce that inspired the unique style of cooking he calls Franco-Braziliancuisine.
