The views of the city’s skylines are reason enough to visit, not to mention the bar’s gorgeous interior, inspired by mid-century hotel bars and with plenty of black, gold and marble throughout. Time your visit to order from the Sunset Aperitivo menu, followed by a Dean & Nancy Caviar Martini if you’re feeling indulgent. Then there’s the world-class selection of signature drinks, playful yet highly accomplished, such as the Rip it Up, subtitled “she prefers rock n roll” and combining Chivas 12, Rhubi Mistelle, Montenegro and Lapsang Tea. Highballs and non-alcoholic reinvented classics round out the menu. Like those views from the windows weren’t enough, the soundtrack is courtesy of the bar’s grand piano.
