Local culinary legends the ‘Kimsan Twins’ – executive chef team Kimsan Pol and Kimsan Sok – are behind the gourmet Khmer offering at Embassy, which pays homage to ancient Cambodian recipes and cooking methods. A bright, plant-filled dining room is the setting for a multiple-course set menu inspired by seasonal ingredients: for the main, perhaps stir-fried Pouk village chicken, lemongrass and baby galangal, and a melt-in-the-mouth steamed coconut cream cake for dessert.
