Since then, the high-end, forward-thinking offering hasn't skipped a beat; in the warm glow of the bar's moody living room vibes, the multi-sensory experience remains one of the best in the biz. The menu is anchored by three different 'programs', or sections of the menu, each featuring contemporary flavor combinations, avant-garde technologies and whimsical presentations. Enjoy small bites while choosing from the Overture, Parfumerie or Modernist menus, and when the experience is over, peruse the list of bottled cocktails, bitters and infusions that are available to-go.
