Pulp

Copenhagen, Denmark

The pair of bartenders behind Copenhagen’s Pulp have injected a lot of their personality into this fun, irreverent cocktail bar, with the intention of providing guests with everything they need from a bar. The laid-back approach here starts with a selection of aperitivos on tap, but the lively cocktail list – “peoples needs them boujie drinks”, it says – continues the trend, with just enough drinks geekery to keep things interesting, while still creating an offering that’s highly accessible. A prime example is Pink Nails, made with pisco, grapefruit soda and fresh lime, with the addition of a pulp orchard cordial. Don’t miss the pair of sharing drinks, namely the Sketchy Punch and Slapstick Punch. Pulp, which stands for Parlour Unites Local People, is a relative newcomer to Copenhagen’s cocktail scene, but looks likely to continue giving guests what they want for some time to come.
