Le Servan

Paris, France

Exposed plaster work, a hand-painted ceiling, simple wooden furnishings and freshly cut flowers give this casual bistro a thoroughly contemporary feel. Manila-born Tatiana Levha – formerly of L'Astrance and L'Arpège – plays with texture and spice in a concise roster of small plates that draw on international influences and change every day. Think duck hearts with sweet chili, scallop pot-au-feu and fluffy lemon meringue tart. It’s a favourite with Paris’ media and creative crowds, so you’ll need to book in advance.
