Diacá finds itself at the forefront of the modern Guatemalan restaurant scene, under the thoughtful guidance of chef Debora Fadul. Relationships with producers are one of Fadul's primary concerns, ensuring her kitchen receives the best of the country's spectacular produce and letting her imagination run wild. Guests can opt for a six or eight-course tasting menu, which of course changes seasonally ̶ at least six times every year. Quite unexpectedly given this devotion to nature, you'll find Diacá at the top of a retro tower block in the 4 Grados Norte neighbourhood, which has become a dining destination in its own right, with the communal vibe as much a part of the dining experience as the restaurant's sensational views.
