It’s a tribute to chef-owner’s Thrainn Freyr Vigfusson’s grandmother’s house (‘amma’ is granny is Icelandic, while don indicates she’s the boss). Settle into a suitably retro leather chair and prepare to be impressed by the cocktails, whether it’s a reworked negroni, with notes of brown butter and rye, or a clever twist on a whisky sour, infused with oats and jasmine.
