This place is like the Russian doll of speakeasies: inside boutique hotel Hotel B Berdicevsky, you'll find Bell Boy, and hidden behind Bell Boy you'll find its (very) little sister, Butler. It only has a dozen seats and its menu changes regularly, with drinks taking their cues from the old masters, Jerry Thomas and Harry Craddock. Don't go thinking this is just a self-congratulatory bartender joint though – the first of its house rules orders: “No cocktail geeking of any sort”.
