Occupying a Bauhaus-style former residence on a prime Rothschild Boulevard plot, Milgo & Milbar is lauded as one of Tel Aviv’s finest fish restaurants. Seating is arranged across a dining room with a central bar and terrace, plus a few perfect people-watching tables on the boulevard itself. Pioneering young chef Moti Titman fuses Mediterranean and Middle Eastern traditions (purple calamari on tzatziki; seafood kebab) with nods to Japan (tuna sashimi with charred vegetables and black sesame tuile).
