Caffè Gilli

Florence, Italy

Established in 1733, Caffè Gilli is Florence’s oldest café. What was once a pastry shop has since become one of the city’s most popular places to convene, not to mention one of its best bars, complete with impressive chandeliers and timeless decor. Not constrained by the venue’s centuries of history, the cocktail selection here is evolving and contemporary, with a mix of signature drinks and classics. It features a section celebrating 100 years of the Negroni, including the original served with a Negroni jelly, as well as Mexican-inspired twist with mezcal and coffee liqueur. Similarly, Gilli’s restaurant, offers a modern take on classic Italian dishes.
