You'll need more than a sharp eye to get into this speakeasy. Hidden away in the basement of sister venue Mag Café, start with asking a host if there's any space at this members' club-slash-cocktail bar. Once you find yourself in the candle-lit cave, settle in at the compact marble bar and ask for the unique Prickly Pear Negroni or take the daring route with a drink inspired by ceviche. The signature Ceviche de Pescado combines smoked herring, passion fruit and habanero chilli, the flavours of which are distilled in the bar's lab – kitted out with rotary evaporators, centrifuges and fermenters. Venture further and pick a tune at the 1960s jukebox, which is pre-filled with authentic vinyl. Expect a night that leans theatrical and a little eccentric – part chic hideaway, part Wonka-esque drinks laboratory.
