One of Rome’s most talked-about cocktail bars, this destination venue is moody, vibrant and always bustling with guests sipping on its well-executed creations. So talked-about, in fact, that in its inaugural year it was awarded the Campari One To Watch 2019. The first solo project by Patrick Pistolesi, one of the capital's best bartenders, Drink Kong has a minimalist menu that simply lists the name of the drink and the main alcohol, inviting guests to take a leap of faith. With its vibrant atmosphere, and bubbly crowd, it makes an excellent late-night drinking spot, with decor influenced by ‘Blade Runner’, meaning there’s a labyrinth of smoky alleys, neon signs and arcades among the four distinct rooms.
