A slick and seriously sexy cocktail lounge, Bar Cavour is set on the top floor of the townhouse where you will also find Del Cambio, one of Turin's oldest and most prestigious restaurants. Its menu starts off strong with a selection of riffs on the Americano, then continues with house favourites such as the ‘Dama Bianca’ (a blend of Giass Gin, Italicus Rosolio al Bergamotto, grapefruit, lime and honey), finishing with a choice of contemporary classics, including the ‘Pre Siesta’ (a combination of Patrón Silver, Aperol, Cointreau and Angostura Bitters).
