Award-winning bartender Shigeyuki Nakagaki's elegant cocktail den has been operating since way back in 1997. It's a classy joint, with a cocktail list that covers all stylistic bases. There's a section that's dedicated to the classics, another to Ginza-style fresh fruit-based drinks, a choice of Champagne cocktails and even a range of molecular creations, no doubt inspired by the boss's many global guest shifts.
