Formerly a members-only joint, Sailing Bar is now open to the wider public, drawing an enthusiastic and cocktail-loving crowd every night of the week. Instead of a menu Takumi Watanabe graciously makes a cocktail best befitting his guests, judging their feelings and tastes from polite conversation.
