Another of Japan's tiny, standing-room-only cocktail establishments, this time hidden within luxury shopping mall Herbis Osaka. As you might expect, there's a great selection of Japanese whisky (in addition to some global drams), but there's also a choice of Ginza-style seasonal fruit cocktails, think kiwi, lime, lemongrass, melon and, even, a peach melba creation. It’s all served alongside a longer menu taking in martinis, champagne cocktails and classics. Bar snacks are a meaty affair, with salami, jerky and even haggis.
