But this elegant venue is really all about the Golden Age of cocktails, more than a century ago – think classics such as the Martini, Manhattan and Daiquiri. The collection of drinks on the menu draw on these for inspiration, such as the Martini-style cocktail Psychedelic, an homage to Picasso with absinthe, peach and aloe, or original creations like the Thorns in You, with tequila, chilli, Japanese rose water, rhubarb jam and citrus.
