Both the extensive dinner prix fixe and the shortened lunch menu capture nostalgic native flavour with innovative cooking techniques. The kitchen emphasizes a zero-waste philosophy and a hyper-local approach to sourcing Malaysian produce, among them lesser known indigenous ingredients too. Linger over the likes of T’lur caviar, served in a can with a bed of fish at the bottom, and a succulent corn-fed chicken paired with chicken liver mousse and an accent of  chamomile. The zero-alcohol pairing combines house-made juices and unique ferments blending ingredeints like cherry, tomato and nutmeg.
