Alongside a menu of classic cocktails popular in Japan, bartender Claudia Cabrera has created a menu of signature cocktails showcasing Asian flavours and making extensive use of sake. Ingredients such as tea, ginger and wasabi come together to create complex and compelling drinks that pair beautifully with the Japanese snacks and ramen on offer.
