The discreet entrance of the Roma Norte townhouse opens out to a contemporary dining room; stone hues and wood completing the look. Both tasting menus and à la carte options are available, with the guiding principles of “austerity, simplicity and beauty”. The artful dishes, designed to tell a story, are plated by Oliva on handcrafted dishware.
