Part of the Edo Kobayashi Group, that aims to bring Japanese food and culture to Mexico, this gem of a drinking establishment features gold bar stools, deep emerald walls, bankers lamps and, perhaps most importantly, a vast collection of vinyl records and gorgeous analog hi-fi equipment to play them on. Cocktails are made using top-end ingredients, often incorporating premium Japanese whisky and sake, and served in Japanese glassware. The commitment to music extends to regular events and DJs. That’s all if you’re lucky enough to make it inside – the bar is invitation only, so best to call ahead.
