Stepping out of Amsterdam’s busy centre and into Pulitzer’s Bar feels like dropping into a slower rhythm altogether. The Art Deco interiors lean into a hushed sense of elegance, with deep forest tones, serene still lifes, glowing orbs and decadent marble throughout. The cocktails extend that same mood. Created in collaboration with New York fragrance house DS & Darga, the menu explores what the team calls “olfactory mixology”, blending fine spirits with botanical distillates and rare spices that elevate each drink's scent and flavour. The Pistachio, takes its cue from the fragrance of the same name, layered with bourbon and citrus to create a rich, aromatic and slightly unexpected blend, while the Mango Paradise combines aged rum with the tropical sweetness of mango with raspberry and citrus for an elegant, exotic finish.
