The Spirits Library

The Spirits Library does a good job of living up to its name. Walls are lined with spirits, vintage cocktail books, antique glassware and an assortment of bar-related curios, while the Detention Room upstairs houses a collection of ultra rare and valuable bottles, doubling as a cigar room. In the main room, bartenders work behind a beautifully curved wooden bar, with live bands providing a backdrop of blues and jazz. The atmosphere is chic without being stuffy, and drinks strike the same balance: don't miss the Bamboo Highball, which blends scotch with a bamboo tea soda, or the Slow Down, Kiddo with gin, sour apple liqueur, honey, earl grey tea and grape juice.
