Though this restaurant-wine bar has moved from its original Rozbrat Street location to charming, bustling Koszykowa in the Śródmieście district, it remains firmly at the heart of Warsaw's dining scene. Step inside and you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd stumbled into a Parisian bistro, with walls lined with wine bottles and tables adorned with simple floral arrangements beside chunky green banquettes. The menu combines French influences with seasonal ingredients and contemporary techniques, featuring dishes such as green asparagus with trumpet mushrooms and egg yolk, and turbot with green beans and mussels, and lamb with watercress and wild garlic. There is also the indulgent Hida A5 Wagyu served with wild broccoli and green pepper, alongside an impressive tasting menu showcasing many of the restaurant's signature dishes.
