Old-school Chinese luxury is the order of the day at this sophisticated restaurant in the Ritz Carlton hotel. Start with a drink in the Chihuly lounge before moving into the dining room, which is set within a modern Chinese garden and therefore particularly striking at lunch. The menu is extensive and excellent: Cantonese specialities such as double-boiled seafood soups are served in half coconuts, while the signature dish of poached rice with succulent lobster is presented on hand-painted crockery.
