This speakeasy in Bratislava’s Old Town channels the ambience of a gentleman’s club of old complete with plush furnishings and Art Deco details. The younger sibling of the city's Michalska Cocktail Room, the bar is decked out with retro chandeliers, wood panelling and exposed brickwork that work together to create an intimate, decadent feel. Work your way through the substantial cocktail list, with heavyhitters including the God of Fire, made with a trio of rums, pandan, vanilla, lychee and tonka, and the Joker, which uses whisky, burnt butter, coffee liqueur, finished with forest fruits. There’s also a generous champagne selection, fresh oysters and indulgent bar snacks from truffle ponzu roast beef to caviar chicken nuggets.
