As the name suggests Sky Bar can be found way up on the 8th floor, enjoying views across the rooftops of Bratislava. Half indoors, half outdoors you'll find us on the terrace taking in the sunset. There's a lengthy cocktail list on offer, split into four sections: pre-dinner, post-dinner, signature cocktails and non-alcoholic serves. The original cocktails show an impressive range of styles and influences, with a range of homemade ingredients employed in drinks like the Tengu, which mixes Japanese gin, sea buckthorn, marigold and oleo saccharum (a mix of sugar and citrus peels) for a refreshing, botanical serve, or the tiki-style Neron No.2 which blends aged rum with pineapple cider, caramel and peach. If you're in the mood for something simpler though, check out the spirits list, which has especially impressive gin and whisky sections.
