At this multi-layered, faintly futuristic spot, cocktails are approached with precision and a sense of humour. Although opened in 2025, the concept had been evolving for years, resulting in a design focused around a central bar with a glass-fronted lab that offers guests a glimpse into the technical work behind the scenes. The drinks themselves are minimal, pulled together with finesse and restraint, with highlighs such as the ice-cold Beetroot Gibson – sharply savoury and finished with a sliver of pickled beetroot. The soundtrack meanwhile keeps things from becoming too serious, leaning into old-school hip-hop with the occasional Slovenian anthem thrown in.
