Part tradition, part modernity, Àbac uses the finest local products in its two highly creative tasting menus, each of which take the diner from the terrace to the kitchen and then the dining room. The 20-course menu goes through nitro margaritas and cured foie gras to spicy lavender roasted pigeon, while the 25-course version has additional dishes such as Roman-style squid and bouillabaisse with crunchy red prawn. Chef Jordi Cruz has been at the gastronomic helm of the Àbac restaurant and hotel since 2010.
