One of the many jewels in chef‑patron Quique Dacosta's crown, Flores Raras is the newest iteration of his former restaurant in the same location. Continuing the legacy of El Poblet since its 2012 opening, Flores Raras follows Dacosta's philosophy of championing high‑quality produce by presenting each ingredient through courses plated with creative flair. With a choice of 3, 4 or 6 courses, each tasting menu begins with a trio of playful amuse‑bouches that may include sea snails as well as a beetroot flower paired with shrimp. Each menu can also be matched with a curated wine pairing to take the guesswork out of choosing the perfect match. The cellar features exceptional labels alongside an outstanding selection of malt whiskies. Expect the attentive service and refined wine list known from its predecessor, El Poblet, with a contemporary spin on Spain's lesser‑known ingredients.
