Inspired by its namesake bird, Swallow transforms through the day from coffee bar (serving alcohol) to sultry cocktail spot come evening. In the "Daydreamer Hour" between 11am and 6pm, the menu offers highly drinkable serves such as mojitos and garibaldis, while coffee brewed from the bar's earlier service is used in a series of dedicated cocktails. There's plenty for every palate too, including the Pistachio – a dessert-like blend of cognac, pistachio, white cacao and oat milk. Set inside a near-century-old shophouse, the space blends Japanese and Scandinavian influences, making it feel equally suited to early mornings, long afternoons or late-night drinks.
