An unpretentious 12-seat counter restaurant where only the best raw produce is selected, this is one of the best places for sushi in Taipei. A traditional omakase tasting experience takes diners through the finest akami, chutoro and otoro tuna nigiris, abalone, multiple types of sea urchin and, of course, the finest sakes. Chef Adachi is friendly, attentive and ever-present, making for a great local dining experience. As with many Japanese restaurants, reservations are difficult to come by and are often by introduction only.
