Hard to find, hidden down an alley and then up a staircase to the third floor, but once inside you'll find a classy, minimalist space consisting largely of wood and concrete, and with no more than a few bottles on the back bar. The cocktail list changes on a regular basis, highlighting local ingredients, and wine is given just as much care and attention, with a selection of natural varieties on offer.
