German fine dining is a hard to come across in Asia. But twins Thomas and Mathias Sühring have executed it flawlessly in their Bangkok home. Since opening in 2016, Sühring has been  paving the way for reimagining how German home cooking can be remodeled with international flavours. The Erlebnis (or experience) tasting menu is fun, as well as technically daring, giving an insight into modern German cuisine. Renderd from the twins’ childhood memories and family recipes, expect a rotating menu packed with dishes like mouthwatering morsels in the form of Kagoshima A5 wagyu with kintoki carrot and oxtail, trout with rhubarb and beechnut and spätzle pasta with winter truffle and mountain cheese.
