Located in the Siam Kempinski Hotel, Sra Bua is the Bangkok outpost of Kiin Kiin, a gourmet Thai fusion restaurant in Copenhagen with a Michelin star. Both are helmed by Danish chef Henrik Yde-Andersen, who shuttles between the two cities. Awarded its own star in 2019, Sra Bua is known for molecular Thai cuisine served in an ornate dining room (which even includes a lotus pond). Liquid nitrogen is a prominent ingredient here, where red curry comes in the form of ice cream, the crab laksa in a Cornetto and coconut soup in a bed of fog.
