The drinks list is 10-strong, with each falling into a specific category, for example 'Rum' or 'Mezcal', 'Frozen' or 'Coffee'. There's a balance between flavour and technique, for example a cocktail under the 'Pisco' header could include a blend of two piscos, shochu, cold-brew gyokuro tea, falernum, lime, cane sugar, carbonated and served over ice. There's also a strong choice of draft and canned beers, plus a staggering list of agaves, piscos and lesser-known South American agave spirits such as sotols and racillas.
