The Silver Dollar is about three things: bourbon, soul food and the ‘Bakersfield Sound’ (a rock-influenced form of country music). When it comes to cocktails, the house creations are innovative and delicious. ‘Hearts on Fire’ mixes Buffalo Trace, blood orange and pineapple jalapeño shrub, lime and soda, while ‘Red Hot Summer’ blends Lunazul Blanco, Vida Mezcal, watermelon, lime and house-made Lengua del Diablo bitters.
